Andras Czövek

andrasAndras Czövek studied physics and received his PhD in 2009 at the Faculty of Science of Eötvös University, Budapest. (Title of dissertation: Revealing the stepping mechanism of kinesin by means of a thermodynamically consistent model).

He joined the BioMIP group in 2009 and works on the Hepatosys project, studying spatial physical models of endocytosys (based on DPD dissipative particle dynamics) and models of chemical kinetics. His aim is to make both models compatible and to modify them for endocytosis and intracellular differentiation.
